1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is under processing or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@omgarments.shop with the following details:

Reason for cancellation
Our team will review your request and confirm cancellation if it falls within the allowed timeframe.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may wait for the order to arrive and initiate a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
5. Exceptions
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after the production process begins.
